Known for her powerhouse vocal performances, Caitlin Krisko and The Broadcast is a psychedelic soul rock band hailing from Asheville, North Carolina. Krisko's electrified and unforgettable performances led to her working with members of Tedeschi Trucks Band and David Bowie's Blackstar Band on her newest studio album Lost My Sight. Krisko captivates her audiences, bringing the perfect blend of power and vulnerability throughout her shows. With a mix of soul, psychedelia, and blues rock arrangements, Caitlin Krisko and The Broadcast has shared stages with Mavis Staples, the late Charles Bradley, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Turkuaz, Marcus King, Keller Williams, Leftover Salmon, and Bettye LaVette, among others.

 Slick Jr & the Reactors

Saturday 6:30 PM

Slick Jr & The Reactors bring their unique perspective of the blues, drawing their influences from classic artists such as Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, and Buddy Guy, and infusing those with other influences such as The Allman Brothers and The Grateful Dead, and R&B artists such as Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye. They are a groovy little blues boogie band from Southwest Virginia.
Four of the musicians are former members of the roots jam band Joe Washrag and have been playing together for well over 20 years. After Joe Washrag disbanded, Eric Riddle, Kevin Plaster, Tom Turner and Leland George Jr. kept making music together, and have explored many different incarnations as a band. Slick Jr. & The Reactors decided not to pigeon-hole themselves into a certain genre, but to explore the world of electric blues. The core band is often joined on stage by friends they’ve collected over the years, making each live show a unique jam experience. The members all bring different influences that come together to form an originality that shows in their songwriting and cover arrangements as well as free-form jams, which they all love to get involved with.
